QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Excellent communication skills, combined with a sense of urgency

·         Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·         Proven organization skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel and clients

·         Must be customer service oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects and competing demands

·         Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently

·         Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including mail and faxes

·         Perform general office duties including copying, faxing, mailing and scanning files

·         Manage Gift Wrap including the ordering of supplies

·         Maintain sufficient quantity of office supplies and manage organization of supply room
