Orders can be expedited utilizing FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL.

All shipments will be made via the most economical air carrier unless otherwise noted.  Prices are FOB shipping point.  Freight charges will be added to the invoice.  The Customer is responsible for all duties; value added taxes and brokers fees if applicable.  Method of payment will be in U.S. dollars.  All export orders are subject to a $15.00 document preparation and bank fee.  All international sales are final except for defects in products or workmanship.

One of the unique features of our Company Store Website, is the integration of aerial time shipping calculations through UPS.  During the checkout process, the user has the ability to view all available shipping methods, transit time and actual costs of shipping based on the shipping method selected for the order.   As a preferred UPS partner, we receive the most favorable shipping rates available and pass those along to our clients.

We plan ahead by anticipating and planning for the unexpected rush orders on a daily basis.  We understand last minute deadlines and the necessity for dependable deliveries on time, every time.  We are experts at making things happen and delivering the impossible.  Our last UPS pick-up is at 7:00 P.M.
