The PPAI Awards and Recognition Program celebrates creative excellence throughout the promotional products industry.
Winning the Gold 2020 Pyramid Award from PPAI will make Concepts one of the most highly decorated, award-winning promotional product supplier firms. This prestigious industry award will be our 13th Pyramid Award.
THE METTLE CLUB: To increase gross margin dollars in a competitive environment for our client we formed the Mettle Club for them; a monthly employee reward program featuring four distinct levels with set sales goals to incentivize employees. A Mettle Club challenge coin was created that represented the company's rich history and core fundamentals. In a commodity industry with historically low margins, they obtained amazing results from this program with a 15-percent increase in total margin over the same period last year.
